C10 application - 4 year Work Experience within last 10 years

Okay, traditionally after a career diploma, I should be looking to work with an electrician as an unpaid apprentice.

But .... I think all I need is >4 years work experience to apply for C10 Contractor license.

4-year training - UH-Manoa BSEE, may not be valid within 10 years - 1995 (received.)
1-year training - Penn Foster Electrician NEC career Diploma 2019 (received.)
1-year Contractor/Construction Trade - Lowe's CSA 2019, signed.
1-year Construction Trade - Pacific Autism Center for Education, signed.
3-year Contractor Trade - JDSU, Manufacturing Engineer, (2001-2011), signed

Total = 10 year experience.
Application complete.
Next step Application: costs $330.00
If my application is accepted, I will need to pass the Contractor c-10 state test $60 within one year.
